By using 360acrepair.com, submitting our form or texting us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our messaging.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to request service, approve an estimate or sign up for text messages.
Text messaging program
What you get: messages about your service request, appointment times, arrival notices, estimates and billing, and, if you separately opted in, maintenance reminders and offers.
Opt-out: reply STOP at any time. We send one confirmation and then no further messages. Help: reply HELP, or call (305) 555-0136.
Rates: message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our services
We diagnose, repair, maintain and install air conditioning equipment for homes and businesses in Miami-Dade County. The work, price and any warranty for your job are set out in your written estimate or invoice.
Estimates, scheduling and cancellations
We tell you the service call price before a visit and the repair price before any work starts. Estimates are based on what we find on site; if we discover something else once work begins, we stop and ask before going further. Arrival times are estimates and can change with traffic, weather and emergencies. Please let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Warranties
Manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts are set by the manufacturer and may require registration and regular maintenance. Any labor warranty we offer is stated in writing on your invoice.
