This policy explains what 360 AC Repair ("we", "us") collects through 360acrepair.com, our service request form, phone calls and text messages, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- Personal identifiers: your name, mobile number, email address, service address and ZIP code.
- Service details: what your AC is doing, the type of property, how soon you need help, notes you send us, and photos of your equipment you share with us or that we take during a visit.
- Communications: records of calls, texts and emails with us.
- Technical data: basic analytics such as the pages you visit, the page you submitted the form from, and the ad or link that brought you to the site (for example UTM tags or a click ID).
How we use it
To reply to your request, schedule and confirm visits, send arrival notices, diagnose and repair your equipment, prepare estimates, invoice, keep service records for your system, and, if you opted in, send maintenance reminders and offers.
Text messages (SMS) and A2P 10DLC
Consent and opt-in: we text you only after you check the consent box on our form or text us first. Messages about your service request, appointments, estimates and billing, and marketing messages, have separate checkboxes. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and rates: message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out and support: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We send one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call (305) 555-0136.
No sharing of mobile information: we do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses basic analytics and records which ad or link brought you here, so we can tell which advertising works. We do not use that data to identify you personally.
How information is shared
Only with the service providers we need to run the business, such as our customer management and messaging system, our website host, our payment processor and equipment manufacturers when we register a warranty for you, and when the law requires it. We do not sell your information.
Data security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send payment card numbers by text or email.
Your privacy rights
